In case of the complaint from legal entity, not later than 30 days after receiving the petition. If the problem can not be solved during this period, Eurex Capital SIA will inform the client about the reasons of the delay and the new deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Eurex Capital SIA will reply to the client petition in the form that was requested.
